　　《操心》改编自韩国同名网络漫画，此剧讲述了男主角(李正信 饰)十年前与初恋擦身而过，一直没法忘记她。他在偶然下穿越时空回到了十年前，竟与年少的自己(徐志焄 饰)，和过去暗恋的她(李烈音 饰)，展开了一场三角关系。

讲述了被小说中的配角附身的主人公后，无意中与男主人公共度一夜而展开的惊险浪漫故事。

　　该剧改编自日本电视剧《不需要爱情的夏天》。
　　这也是宋慧乔第二次与金圭泰导演和卢熙京作家合作。
