这个以恶名昭彰的女主人公・小鸟游翔子为主轴的电视剧「Legal V」是一部新型律政电视剧。失去律师资格的翔子，游说处理法律文件的大学教授开法律事务所，甚至还煞有其事地挖来有故事的律师以及律师助理，犹如恶魔般的翔子将他们任意差使。无论那些诉讼有多不利，她都会竭尽所能获得胜利。 然而，翔子面对的是大型法律事务所。在卷入多宗民事诉讼之时，究竟由翔子率领的弱小律师团能否获得胜利？接连说出「想开一家大排长龙的法律事务所」「救人是不需要资格的」等豪语的翔子，究竟是为什么会丢了自己的律师资格呢？
